Faith in Mental Health
Have you been having difficulties with anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions. Have you shied away from getting counseling because you must be perceived as strong or faithful in your faith? I am here to tell you that mental health conditions do not discriminate. I can assist with aligning you with your moral beliefs by intersecting biblical principles with counseling techniques to help support you with the complexities of life. If faith is a strong value of yours, I am here to tell you that research has revealed that incorporating faith with your therapy decreases symptoms of loneliness, stress, sadness, and anxiety. Connecting both resources can be impactful to individuals and communities. This group offers the integration of biblical principles and counseling techniques as a means to provide connectedness, decrease hopelessness, decrease the struggles of life, while providing support through unity and hope for a better quality life.

Personal Development Coaching
Fuel Your Passion
If you are aware of your inborn goals in life, or you are trying to tap into them, this approach will be very helpful. I take passion in coming alongside individuals for dynamic change. I employ the Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs model during this process of development. This approach has influenced my belief that individuals have innate potentials that need to be activated in order to self-actualize. Humans are designed for great things, and they possess the capacity to evolve when their basic needs are met. The process of self-actualization is obtainable after fundamental needs for survival are met (safety, love, and self-esteem). There will be challenges to self-actualize outside of this order. Self-actualized individuals share the traits of having the ability to cultivate deep and loving relationships with others. Likewise, self-actualized individuals are authentic with their limitations, faults, and experiences, and they are able to accept these challenges as a part of their growth experience. Ultimately, they explore and employ their innate potentials during experiences, which is revealed through peak occurrences as the full development of abilities and appreciation for life. Along with the desire for self-fulfillment, I also utilize a strengths-based approach with this intervention. This helps individuals to be more mindful of strengths they posses and desire to possess. With the identification of these abilities or lack of, individuals can be more aware of "potential blockers", develop strengths they do not have, and eventually employ the necessary strength(s) on the path of achieving their goals. Let's explore together for an authentic journey of self-actualization..
