Redeemed Identity Group Open for Registration
Redeemed Identity is a faith-integrated psychotherapy group designed to help individuals heal from emotional wounds, challenge unhealthy belief patterns, and reconnect with a healthier sense of identity, purpose, and emotional well-being. Led by licensed psychotherapist Aesha Page, this trauma-informed virtual group combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with spiritual exploration for clients who desire faith integration as part of their healing journey.
Many people unknowingly build their identity around trauma, shame, rejection, fear, performance, or the expectations of others. Redeemed Identity provides a supportive therapeutic environment where participants can increase self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, strengthen boundaries, process unresolved pain, and develop healthier thought patterns and relationships.
Through psychoeducation, guided reflection, emotional processing, and group support, participants are encouraged to move toward greater clarity, healing, confidence, and personal growth in a safe and clinically grounded space.

Orienting to
Therapy
The therapeutic process should be a safe and non-judgmental space to cultivate self-discovery, healing, and growth. In this space, individuals are able to openly explore different parts of themselves without feeling apprehensive. In my therapeutic sessions, I provide that safe and open space to explore self by meeting you where you are. I assist with discovering your inner self with the authentic intention to foster meaningful change. If you are experiencing current challenges in your life, your first visit with me will be receptive and insightful. I am a change catalyst. During the therapeutic process, I employ introspective and insightful tools to help individuals uncover their potentials, while shifting perspectives and increasing personal growth. My aim is to challenge your perspectives regarding your obstacles and ultimately view them as growth potentials. Do not hesitate to contact me for a 15 minute free consultation.

Understanding
Mental Health
Mental health is:
-
the foundation for thinking, communicating, learning, resilience, and self-esteem
-
key to personal well-being, relationships, and contributing to community or society
When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves. -Viktor E. Frankl
There are many factors associated with mental health conditions. Additionally, many people who suffer from mental illness do not talk about it or seek help. This is a result of the stigma related to mental illness. Unfortunately, this leads to worsening conditions. Mental illness should be viewed the same as any other physical ailments that need medical attention. And mental illnesses are treatable. We now know much more about how the human brain works, and treatments are available to help people successfully manage mental illnesses. Mental illness does not discriminate; it can affect anyone regardless of one’s age, gender, income, social status, race/ethnicity, religion/spirituality, sexual orientation, background, or other aspect of cultural identity.
